Your claim will be fully assessed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.(c) Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product. RAZORBACK 4X4 - &apos;HIGH COUNTRY&apos; GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe following terms and conditions apply specifically to the High Country Merch Giveaway,&#xA0;being run by Razorback 4x4 on their website. ENTRY CONDITIONS<ol><li>Customers must be located in Australia to be eligible. International orders will not be entered into the draw. </li><li>Entries are only granted for eligible&#xA0;High Country products (Hoodie, T-Shirt or Beanie). Stickers are excluded. </li><li>One (1) entry is granted per eligible&#xA0;High Country&#xA0;item purchased before August 31, across one or more orders. There is no maximum limit of entries granted this way. </li><li>Bonus entries can only be obtained by sending a photo to Razorback 4x4 through either email or social media, with the purchased&#xA0;High Country&#xA0;item clearly visible. The location in the photo must be one of the three locations (Dargo Pub, Craig&apos;s Hut or Blue Rag Track). Razorback 4x4 reserves the right to determine the location in the photo if it is not immediately discernable and determine if bonus entries should be awarded or not.
