Your claim will be fully assessed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.(c) Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product. The gift card will include a unique code which will be required to redeem the gift card. The unique code on a gift card should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Any terms applicable to any discount code are set our separately on our website.</li><li>Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund or exchanged.
