<h3 id="isPasted">How Do I Find the Right Seat Covers for My Vehicle?</h3><p>Use our vehicle selector tool on the website to find the perfect fit for your car. Each product page will have information about vehicle compatibility and features, to help ensure you choose the correct product for your vehicle.</p><hr><h3 id="are-front-seat-covers-sold-as-a-pair-or-individually"><br>Are Front Seat Covers Sold as a Pair or Individually?</h3><p>Front seat covers are always sold as a pair, covering both the driver and passenger seats.</p><hr><h3 id="do-the-seat-covers-come-with-covers-for-the-headrests"><br>Do the Seat Covers Come with Covers for the Headrests?</h3><p>Yes, if your seats have removable headrests, our covers include matching headrest covers.</p><hr><h3 id="are-you-able-to-just-buy-the-front-seat-covers-and-not-the-full-bundle">Are you able to just buy the front seat covers, and not the full bundle?</h3><p>Absolutely, you can buy as many or as few Razorback products as you want for your vehicle. You can buy only the front seat covers, or you can bundle the items together to get a small discount on the bundle purchase.&#xA0;</p><hr><h3 id="will-the-heating-and-cooling-still-work-on-my-seats">Will the Heating and Cooling Still Work on My Seats?</h3><p>Seat heaters will still work with Razorback seat covers, though it may take slightly longer to reach the desired temperature. Unfortunately, built-in seat cooling will not work through seat covers. This is due to the materials we use, which are designed to protect your seats from liquid, spills, and dirt, and do not allow airflow through.</p><hr><h3 id="are-razorback-neoprene-seat-covers-waterproof"><br>Are Razorback Neoprene Seat Covers Waterproof?</h3><p>All Razorback 4x4 neoprene seat covers are very heavily water resistant. While the materials themselves are waterproof, due to the manufacturing process and having seams between different panels of materials, the product is not certifiable as waterproof.</p><hr><h3 id="do-razorback-seat-covers-come-with-rear-pockets">Do Razorback seat covers come with rear pockets?</h3><p>All Razorback 4x4 seat covers come with a built in rear/map pocket made of the same material as the seat cover. This way you can ensure that you don&apos;t lose any storage in your vehicle, while maintaining a high level of protection through out the car.&#xA0;</p><hr><h3 id="can-i-put-razorback-covers-on-leather-seats">Can I put Razorback covers on leather seats?</h3><p>Absolutely. Razorback seat covers are designed to protect your seats&#x2014;including leather. Our covers feature a secure fit with Velcro straps, J-clips, and tailored patterns to prevent movement and reduce wear. For leather interiors, we recommend our neoprene covers, which include a textured underside for added grip and protection.</p><hr id="isPasted"><h3 id="do-your-rear-covers-have-a-cut-out-for-iso-fix-attachments-like-baby-seats">Do your rear covers have a cut out for ISO-FIX attachments (like baby seats)?</h3><p>We do our best to account for these kinds of accessories, and have allowances on most modern vehicles. However, we cannot guarantee this is true of 100% of our products, so if you are unsure and want to confirm, please contact us and will gladly double check our product for you.&#xA0;</p>

No discount codes are required.</p><p>Discount stacking is limited as follows:</p><ul><li>Personal, single-use promotional codes (e.g., mailing list or review incentives) are permitted to stack with&#xA0;EOFY sale pricing.</li><li>Public or multi-use codes (e.g., influencer referrals) are excluded from providing monetary discounts during the sale.</li><li>Standard 5% bundle discounts will not stack with EOFY sale discounts. Items not currently In Stock are not eligible for sale pricing unless marked as MTO.<br><br></p><h2 id="returns-and-refunds">Returns and Refunds</h2><p>Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:</p><ul><li>GP4&#xA0;Neoprene&#xA0;products&#xA0;at&#xA0;30%&#xA0;off&#xA0;(Black/White&#xA0;Stitch)&#xA0;may&#xA0;be&#xA0;returned&#xA0;for&#xA0;change-of-mind&#xA0;with&#xA0;a&#xA0;15% restocking fee, if unopened and within 30 days of purchase.</li><li>Products marked as CLEARANCE (i.e., In Stock XP6, In Stock Retro Premium, and In Stock Console Organiser items) are <u>final sale</u> and are not eligible for return or refund due to change-of-mind.</li><li>Refunds for returned products will be processed to the original payment method at the discounted purchase price.</li></ul><p>If a purchased stock item becomes unavailable, the customer will be offered either:</p><ul><li>A Made To Order equivalent at the same discounted rate, or</li><li>A full refund.<br><br></li></ul><h2 id="shipping-and-fulfilment">Shipping and Fulfilment</h2><p>Made To Order products are subject to a standard 4&#x2013;8-week lead time. Customers should allow for potential delays due to increased EOFY demand.&#xA0;<br><br></p><h2 id="cart-expiry-and-pricing-enforcement">Cart Expiry and Pricing Enforcement</h2><p>All pricing displayed during the promotional period is valid only while the promotion is active. Unpaid carts, expired sessions, or delayed payments will not retain sale pricing once the promotion has ended. Retroactive pricing adjustments may be offered at the company&apos;s discretion but are not guaranteed.<br><br></p><h2 id="error-resolution">Error Resolution</h2><p>In the event of a misapplied discount, the company will generally honour the lower price displayed unless the error is clearly disproportionate (e.g., discounts greater than 90%). In such cases, the company reserves the right to cancel affected orders and provide a full refund.<br><br></p><h2 id="legal-compliance">Legal Compliance</h2><p>These terms are governed by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights under the ACL. Standard product warranties and statutory guarantees continue to apply.</p>
