We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. If the product has not been opened, fitted, or used, and is returned in its original condition and packaging, we can offer an exchange or refund to the original payment method.
- Exclusions:
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made items, sale items, or gift vouchers.
We cannot offer refunds if the product is:
- Damaged
- Improperly used
- Missing parts
- Outside the 30 day window
Return Postage
Return postage and associated charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will be paid after the product has been inspected by our team and confirmed that the returned parts fall within the above conditions.

Sale Discounts and Price Honouring
If a full-price purchase is made within 48 hours of the beginning of an advertised sale period on Razorback 4x4’s website, the difference of the purchase price may be refunded to the customer on a case-by-case basis, where the customer was not made aware of the upcoming sale period.
Orders outside of the 48-hour period do not qualify, nor if Razorback 4x4 has explicitly and publicly advertised an upcoming sale period ahead of time.
Razorback 4x4 - Warranty
We provide this warranty to you in addition to any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Every Razorback 4x4 seat cover comes with the follow warranty against defects. Our warranty periods start on the date of purchase of the product and are set out as follows:
- 2-year warranty for standard neoprene covers
- 3-year warranty for premium neoprene covers
- 3-year warranty for canvas covers
- 6-month warranty for premium neoprene steering wheel covers
- 4-month warranty for standard neoprene steering wheel covers
Razorback 4x4 will repair or replace (at Razorback 4x4’s option) any product with a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and only applies to the products purchased directly from us.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Tears, holes, rips from excessive use including sliding on the seat getting in and out of the vehicle.
- Gouges that may result from usage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Improper fitting (see our website and instructions for fitting directions).
- Your failure to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by us or to properly maintain the products in accordance with any of our instructions or guidelines.
- Your failure to notify us of any defect in your product within a reasonable period of time after you become aware of or ought to have reasonably become aware of the relevant defect.
How do I make a warranty claim?
As soon as you see a defect, stop using the product and contact us at [email protected] to discuss the issue. Please take photos and email them to our team for review along with the proof of purchase. If we determine that there may be a valid claim based on the photos and your descriptions of the issue, we will provide you with a prepaid postal label to return the product to us. However, providing the prepaid label does not constitute approval of your warranty claim. Your claim will be fully assessed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
We will do everything we can to help you through the process of returns and make sure you are updated throughout the claim process.
