Custom Embroidery Orders
Custom embroidery orders must be finalised by 8th November. That means your design needs to be fully approved by you and our embroidery team by this date, not just ordered. Because designs can take some back-and-forth to get right, please place your custom embroidery order well before 8th November. Larger, more intricate designs will take longer to finalise than simple text.
Custom embroidery orders not finalised by 8th November cannot be guaranteed in time for Christmas.
Please note: These dates are based on the Christmas cut-off dates provided by Australia Post. Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee delivery dates, as this is a busy time of year for AusPost too! We recommend getting your order in as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
