Do You Offer Refunds or Exchanges?
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. If the product has not been opened, fitted, or used, and is returned in its original condition and packaging, we can offer an exchange or refund to the original payment method.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made items, sale items, or gift vouchers.
How Do I Make a Return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once approved, you’ll need to send the product back to us at your own cost. After passing our quality inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow our returns process. If production has begun on your made-to-order item, you will be unable to cancel.
What If I Change My Mind?
For Australian orders, we offer change-of-mind returns if the product meets our return criteria. Unfortunately, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for international orders, custom-made items, sale items, or gift cards.
What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
What Is the Process for Returning Faulty or Defective Products?
If you believe your product is faulty or defective, please contact us with details of the issue and any supporting photos. We will assess your claim and, if valid, provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
