Effective Dates

The "Tax Time Frenzy" promotion is valid from 12:01am AEST on 16 June 2025 until 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2025. All discounts advertised are valid only during this period. Sale prices will be displayed on eligible product pages and applied automatically at checkout.

Discount Application and Stacking

All discounts are applied automatically at checkout. No discount codes are required.

Discount stacking is limited as follows:

• Personal, single-use promotional codes (e.g., mailing list or review incentives) are permitted to stack with EOFY sale pricing.
• Public or multi-use codes (e.g., influencer referrals) are excluded from providing monetary discounts during the sale.
• Standard 5% bundle discounts will not stack with EOFY sale discounts. Pre-configured product bundles will reflect sale pricing where applicable.
  
  

Product Variants and Availability

Product pages may display "from $X" pricing to reflect variable discounts across different colour, stitch, or variant options. Discounted pricing will update based on the selected variant.

Made To Order (MTO) products are eligible for a 10% discount. In Stock items are limited in quantity and not subject to backordering. Items not currently In Stock are not eligible for sale pricing unless marked as MTO.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• GP4 Neoprene products at 30% off (Black/White Stitch) may be returned for change-of-mind with a 15% restocking fee, if unopened and within 30 days of purchase.
• Products marked as CLEARANCE (i.e., In Stock XP6, In Stock Retro Premium, and In Stock Console Organiser items) are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to change-of-mind.
• Refunds for returned products will be processed to the original payment method at the discounted purchase price.

If a purchased stock item becomes unavailable, the customer will be offered either:

• A Made To Order equivalent at the same discounted rate, or
• A full refund.
  
  

Shipping and Fulfilment

Made To Order products are subject to a standard 4–8-week lead time. Customers should allow for potential delays due to increased EOFY demand. 

Cart Expiry and Pricing Enforcement

All pricing displayed during the promotional period is valid only while the promotion is active. Unpaid carts, expired sessions, or delayed payments will not retain sale pricing once the promotion has ended. Retroactive pricing adjustments may be offered at the company's discretion but are not guaranteed.

Error Resolution

In the event of a misapplied discount, the company will generally honour the lower price displayed unless the error is clearly disproportionate (e.g., discounts greater than 90%). In such cases, the company reserves the right to cancel affected orders and provide a full refund.

Legal Compliance

These terms are governed by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights under the ACL. Standard product warranties and statutory guarantees continue to apply.
