How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Can I Modify My Order After Placing It?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
In-stock: Because we usually send out in-stock items by the next business day, you will need to contact us before this for us to change any part of your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process, as we cannot get a product sent back to us once it has left our warehouse.
Made-to-Order: Once a Made to Order Item has entered our production queue, we are unable to change or modify the order. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order, and we will do our best to help. Change of address can be done on our end at any point before we dispatch your item, but once it has been dispatched you will need to follow our returns process, as we cannot get a product sent back to us once it has left our warehouse.
Can I buy Razorback products in-store, or only online?
Our products are primarily available through our online store and our showroom in Campbellfield, Victoria. While we do have a few online resellers in other states, we don’t currently have major in-store retail partners. That said, we’re actively expanding our wholesale network—so stay tuned!
