Where will my order be dispatched from?

Your order will be dispatched from our Campbellfield, VIC warehouse.

When will my order be dispatched?

In-Stock Items

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse. During busy sales periods, it might take us a few days longer to dispatch your items, but you will get a tracking number as soon as the goods have been picked up from our warehouse.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items, including custom embroidery, require a production time of 4 to 8 weeks. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order and notify you as soon as it has been dispatched.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes we do! If you would like to pick up your order from our Campbellfield warehouse, please select "Pickup in store" as your delivery method at the checkout. We will notify you via email or text when your order is ready for collection, usually within 1-2 business days.

What Happens If My Made-to-Order Item Is Delayed?

While we strive to meet the estimated production time of 4 to 8 weeks for made-to-order items, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as holiday or sales periods. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you promptly and provide updates on your order status, and do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
