How Do I Get My Seat Covers Custom Embroidered?

Select "Custom Embroidery" as your logo option when adding your covers to the cart. After placing your order, we’ll contact you via email to confirm your design.

When do I give you my logo? I can't see anything at checkout.

When you purchase an elibigle item with custom embroidery you will have to check out and purchase the products as normal. 

Once we receive your order we will send you an email with some in depth information about what we need from you to turn your idea into reality!

If you don't receive an email please reach out to our amazing support team and we will guide you through the entire process. 

Once I get your email, what happens next?

Once you recieve our email with the custom embroidery instructions, simply reply to us a picture of what you want embroidered, or a description of what colour, font and style you would like. 

From there our graphic designer will turn this into a mock up for you to approve - at this point we can make any changes you like to make sure the embroidery is absolutely perfect for you. 

Once to give final approval we will send it over to our production team so they can bring your design to life. 

What Kind of Designs Can I Get on My Seat Covers?

We can embroider text, logos, or designs you own the copyright to. Offensive or inappropriate designs will not be accepted.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Custom Embroidered Covers?

Custom embroidered covers are made to order and will take 6 to 10 weeks to manufacture and dispatch. This timing starts after we have confirmed your embroidery with you, not from when you place your order.

Can I Add Custom Embroidery to Any Seat Cover?

Custom embroidery is available for our Premium Neoprene and XP7 Heavy-Duty Canvas seat covers. Simply select the "Custom Embroidery" option when adding your covers to the cart.

What File Formats Are Accepted for Custom Embroidery?

We accept design files in .ai, .eps, or high-resolution PNG or PDF formats. If you’re unsure about file formats, contact us, and we’ll assist you.

Razorback 4x4 reserves the right to use embroidery designs given to us for media and marketing purposes. If you don't want us to share images of your custom embroidered covers, please let us know before you receive your covers.
