What does "In Stock" mean?
When a product is listed as "In Stock" or "Stock Ready," it means we have the item available at our Melbourne warehouse and it can be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
What does "Available" mean?
If a product is listed as "Available" or "Limited Stock," it means that some options (such as stitching color or logo type) are in stock, while others are made-to-order. This will be indicated when selecting your options on the product page. If you’re unsure about availability, feel free to contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist.
What does "Made To Order" mean?
"Made to Order" products are custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed. These items, including covers with custom embroidery, have a production time of 6 to 10 weeks.
We will keep you up-to-date with the progress of your order via email and/or text. You can also view the status of your order at any time by clicking "View your order" in your order confirmation email.
Note - you might notice we recently increased this production time from our previous 4-8 week window. This came into effect as of April 9, 2026 as a result of ongoing global events causing unprecedented logistical challenges. This is not a permanent increase to wait times, but the new 6-10 week estimate will remain in place until freight conditions normalise.
Any orders placed before April 9, 2026 will still be shipped out within their original quoted 4-8 week window.
What if my order contains both "in stock" and "made to order" items?
By default, we will hold your in-stock items until your made-to-order products are ready, and ship everything together. If you’d prefer to receive your in-stock items immediately and your made-to-order items at a later date, please contact us at [email protected]. Note that additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments.
